RETURNS POLICY
ARTWORKS
All artworks and products are non-refundable. If your artwork is damaged please contact us as your artwork is protected by insurance through the courier. We will be able to assist in making a claim and sending out a new artwork to you.
We cannot offer exchanges or returns for original artwork, prints or merch. Due to the custom nature of the work, all purchases are final sale. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact hello@merindahgunya.com and we’ll be sure to help you out.
MERCH
Please note that all Merch sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
If your item is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide details and proof of the fault (e.g. photos). Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.
